The Mackin Group, Inc. is a full service real estate management company that has been servicing clients throughout the Greater Boston Area for over 25 years. The Mackin Group manages both commercial and residential real estate.

Our Team
Management services are provided by a full time, off-site team of trained professionals. Staff members include a Director of Property Management, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Property Administrators, a Maintenance Director, 24 hour on-call maintenance staff, 24 hour on-call janitorial staff, full time professional bookkeeping department, secretarial and clerical support.
Kenneth Mackin, the President of The Mackin Group and the Director of Property Management has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. A graduate of Boston University, Mr. Mackin has been awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Our maintenance director, Brad Mackin, hold his Construction Supervisor’s License. Brad has over 20+ years of construction experience. He also has expert knowledge and training in Building Systems.
